BY Group, is an Indigenous owned and managed national contracting business with 75% of our Directors and staff being Indigenous. As an Aboriginal owned and managed construction business based in NSW our mandate is not simply 'black wrapping' to achieve commercial outcomes, but a but a genuine focus on and commitment to use the Indigenous supply chain throughout all of our projects and business. We aim to invest into the local Indigenous communities in which we operate. BY Group has qualifications in construction management, civil works, quantity surveying, carpentry and health, safety and environmental management. With best in class professionals we are ready to deliver quality outcomes for our clients at all stages of a project. Our Senior staff all have over 10 years' experience within the construction industry. We are focused on growing our own Indigenous talent and provide our Cadets with extensive training and mentoring.
