Service encompasses laundry (excludes self-service laundries), dry cleaning, and treatment services for linen, curtains, clothing, equipment, protective linen and clothing, hospital, medical, dental and theatre linen (incl. contaminated items).
The Service also includes sewing and repair of garments, such as uniforms, and a collection and delivery service for personal laundry and dry cleaning on a 'user pays' basis, such as to ships and visiting forces.

The provision of a contemporary pest and vermin planning, management, monitoring, control, and treatment service - that is ethical, responsive, proactive, and environmentally sustainable.
